As an organization, ProChips continuously strives to ensure that all visitors are extremely satisfied with the service they receive. It is for such a reason, that any new websites wanting to advertise their name on our site have to follow all guidelines that are laid down in our Acceptable Use Policy herein.
When you decide to submit your site for review, it is a statement of your acceptance of all the guidelines, regulations and rules that have been published in the Privacy Policy as well as the AUP.
Before you submit your website, kindly ensure that you have completely read and understood the Privacy Policy and also that your website has been completely developed and is not currently under construction.
Once your website has been accepted, you acknowledge that everything pertinent to your website including, but not limited to content, pictures, contacts and even web links are true to the best of your knowledge and are not broken, contain any irrelevant or misleading information or is currently under litigation. Any indulgence in malpractice, or if any provided information at the time of registration or submission of your website has been found to be misleading or inaccurate, we reserve the right to suspend your account indefinitely.
All decisions that are taken by the management at ProChips are final and will not be subjected to negotiation. We also reserve the right to change the Acceptable Use Policy without prior intimation via e-mail to any client.
